Maggiano's Little Italy - Chicago

We had a reservation on the 26th for 8:15. We were sat promptly but sat around 10mins before our server or anyone for that matter greeted us got water. No apologies or explanations were given for the long wait. They had customers but were not packed. The service never got better, our waiter was inattentive we even had to flag him down for refills. On the upside the food was delicious.

The place has good food and a good vibe. The server was pretty nice as well she got us a complementary glass of wine because we were on our honeymoon! If you're in the area, check this place out!

Always get the family style meal. Great for special occasions and when you need that quality pasta fix. Thank you staff for a great Christmas Eve!

Everything about my experience at this location was awesome. I've been to maggianos in Vegas and the Carolinas and had an amazing experience as well. But this location is the original and it definitely sets the tone. Very inviting, welcoming, whind down, chill ambiance setting. I went on a Thursday afternoon after shopping for a quick bite and got such personable service. I ordered crab cakes, lobster dip and chicken marsala with a red sangria and a spaghetti and meatballs to go..... all dishes were delightful.

Great food, great service. Have been to this location many times.
