Cafe San Francesco - Chicago

I absolutely love this café! The first time I visited alone, I was welcomed like family, and on my second visit with friends, we enjoyed the hazelnut cappuccino and tiramisu slice—delicious! I will definitely return to try their pasta dishes. (P.S. It's recommended to bring cash.)

This restaurant is the highlight of the neighborhood. I can't wait to return! The food and drinks are exceptional, and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. It's truly the best!

Is there a secret code or something? Went there on a Friday night at 7pm and the door was locked. With the signs on. A lady came and opened the door. We asked if they were closed and she said, no. Come in. When we got inside, she then asked if she could help us. She seemed to be confused as to why we were there. We asked for menus and she brought them to us. The kitchen was completely dark btw. She then told us that she was cash only. That was our perfect out. We’ve never left a place so fast!
