Subway - Chicago

Good sandwiches for vegetarians, need to be flexible in adding certain vegetables and cheese etc. cost should include such excursions as one may like one thing and not other.

I placed an order in advance with this location, when I arrived I noticed my order was not ready. I wasn’t bothered as there were two people before me. After finishing their order he started mine, but stopped to prepare another persons order who came in after me. When I stated I was first in line because I ordered online he told me to wait and finished preparing the order, and ringing up the person who walked in after me even though I already paid in advance. I will never frequent this location again as their customer service is terrible.

Went there late night on a Monday. No complaints. 24/7 gas station closeby. I had the spicy italian sub, and it was delicious. The restroom was clean as well.

Great service , although the food wasn't as fresh as I would have hoped

Slowest subway in the world. 20 min for sandwich? Really?
