Great spot for a healthy meal and delicious cold drink

The staff was rude the lady ordering in front of me, which was really uncomfortable to watch. When I got my drink, there was a dead fly in it. I didn't ask for extra protein.

I usually love tea bar, but I've noticed a decline in quality with their food lately. I bought myself lunch there to celebrate my graduation. I got my usual tofu bowl with brown rice, salad, and miso dressing- and I immediately noticed that the food was poorer quality than it had been last year. It's hard to describe what's wrong with the food, I just think they may have switched to cheaper alternatives despite the price being higher than ever, and I want to express my disappointment. This used to be one of my favorite spots in Chico. I hope that they will try to source their produce more locally in the future, we have rice farmers and plenty of people selling salad greens and carrots right here in Chico. The frozen lemonade was still good. I really hope that they will get misters to cool people off if they want to eat outside. Vegetarian options: Most of what they sell here can be made vegetarian or vegan. Dietary restrictions: They have a lot of vegan and gluten-free options

I went around 6:45ish to get my sparkler mojito freeze to go usually they shake it and make it really good which makes me go 3 times a week there , but today at 05/17/2024 service , no one bothered they took 15 mins to the order when I actually stand up trying to look at them than they started doing , I can clearly see she pour in the cup and fill the takeaway cup and gave it to me nor shaken it how they usually do it and not enough ICE , I don’t know this shift different people working, or they need more training people pay to get things !! Big fan of their pomegranate lemonade. I'm not such a big fan of eating healthy but their Chiken Chipotle bowl was bomb!!! I will definitely give their other items a chance.
