Roll Em Up Taquitos - Chino Hills

The lack of situational awareness in this establishment is outstanding. We ordered our food at the counter and waited 10 minutes. With two employees a couple orders ahead and online orders… understandable but there should be a third employee during busy shifts. WITH THAT SAID, they forgot part of our order so I drove back and waited for them to make the missing part. When I arrived at the counter they acted like I wasn’t just there and I waited another 5 minutes for the missing items. Once I got back home and finally sat down to eat THEY GOT THE TAQUITOS WRONG. I have zero desire to drive back for a second time so I’m settling for two instead on three. Also y’all’s guacamole is mashed avocado. There’s no salt, pepper, onion, cilantro, or lime juice. AND THE GUAC IS AN UPGRADE. The included salsa tastes better than the price increased mush. The best part of the taquito is the spicy sauce. We paid an upwards of $30 for disappointment Safe to say we will not be coming back.

I 've never been more upset than I have ordering here. In several different places including the menu tab and the pictures of their menu 5 taquitos cost 9.88, but I get there and 5 taquitos no combo no nothing extra is 17 dollars???? I try it anyways because I hear really great things. My boyfriend orders chicken taquitos and not only were they not chicken but one of them was empty. And during checkout as part of the combo is chips and salsa and the employees asked if I 'd like to 'swap out ' salsa so I pick queso but then i see they just charge me for an extra side and by this point I 'm so upset I can 't speak or else I 'll scream. The employees were nice when boyfriend asked for a replacement but I refuse to ever eat here again when there is no communication and the store is so loud I can barely hear anything.

We purchased the two piece combo with shredded beef . The taquitos were flavorful and just a hint of spice. We got the mild but there was still a lot of flavor. I enjoyed the crispy ends on the taquitos. There was plenty of sauce for both. The churro donut was yummy but had a touch too much cinnamon. Very friendly service. There were four or five cars ahead of us but it only took about 10 minutes to get through the line. I think they make each order to order.

Half the toppings are horrible, their guac just squirts out of a clear ketchup bottle, and seems to be cut with something to keep it from browning. Employees too stupid to keep track of what toppings you want removed or kept so your order is always wrong as well. God forbid you're one of the people that wants something on the side

This place was so good when it first opened up. We were so disappointed coming back! Not enough workers, waited about 15min to order. Not enough beef taquitos and out of the three we ordered one had half of a tortilla the meat was exposed and burnt.
