I tried their veg thali and Sol Kadi as I told eat fish. But, will recommend surmai thali because on most of the table you could see one surmai thali. The ambience and seating is of traditional style nothing fancy but hygienic and absolutely simple. It’s also very popular between celebrities and politicians also. If you are in Chiplun then this place is a must visit. Parking: Sufficient space for parking but if the hotel is crowded then it can have a problem with parking. Because they have parking space just opposite to the hotel. Which is not that huge. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Fish Thali, Veg Thali Parking options: Free parking lot

Ah, the scent of fresh seafood, the sizzle of spices dancing in hot oil, the promise of a culinary adventure – that's what Hotel Abhishek delivers in spades. This isn't just any restaurant; it's a temple to the bounty of the sea, where every dish is a hymn to the flavors of the ocean. Freshness First: The star of the show, undoubtedly, is the seafood. From the glistening scales of a whole snapper to the plump shells of juicy mussels, everything arrives with an undeniable air of ocean-freshness. You can practically taste the briny kiss of the waves in each bite. Culinary Canvas: But the magic doesn't stop at the ingredients. The chefs at Hotel Abhishek are artists with a palette of spices. Whether it's the fiery vindaloo that sets your tongue ablaze or the delicate coconut curry that melts in your mouth, each dish is a masterpiece of flavor. They capture the essence of coastal cuisines, from Kerala's coconut-kissed curries to Goa's fiery vindaloo, with nuance and finesse. Beyond the Plate: The ambience complements the food perfectly. The gentle hum of conversation, the soft glow of nautical-themed décor, and the rhythmic clink of cutlery all create an atmosphere that's both lively and relaxing. It's a place where you can linger over your meal, savoring each mouthful and letting the flavors transport you to a seaside haven. Not all sunshine and seashells: While I can't fault the food or the atmosphere, there are a few things to consider. The service, while friendly, can be a bit slow on busy nights. And the price tag reflects the quality of the ingredients and the unique dining experience, so be prepared to splurge a bit. The Final Verdict: If you're a seafood lover in search of an unforgettable culinary journey, then Hotel Abhishek is a must-visit. With its commitment to fresh ingredients, masterful cooking, and a charming ambience, it's an experience that will leave you wanting more. Just be prepared to loosen your purse strings and practice your patience, and you'll be rewarded with a meal that's as good as it gets.
