I was at dinner last night with my colleagues and it was a really great experience! we have adhered to the proposal of the menu 'in group ', and the relationship between the price paid and the quality of food and service is very high. molecular cooking does not mean absolutely to get up at the end of dinner still hungry....anzi, in 2 hours and 30 of dinner they served us about 10 courses (ok mini portions. between appetizer and sweet, excellent white wine, red barricade of 2006 soft and perfect passito! So we're ocytes without having empty spaces in the stomach! impeccable service, very kind waiters, great food!I will return! Booking.......20 days of waiting..... There are only 4 tables in an environment that normally contains double.
The place deserves a visit. we do not go to dinner by a chef but by a chemist who has destructured dishes. just see the spoons that looks like an egg yolk while it is a ham and melon
The indescribable emotions accompanied the whole dinner along a path that winded between the inventions of the chef and the dream landscapes. intimate and noble position. prestigious culinary art, great chef. congratulations!
