Buffalo Grill - Cholet

Buffalo grill with friendly staff. We arrived at 22:15 and we were still very welcome and we ate well. pleasant moment.

We had been avoiding this kind of restaurant for a while because we found that the restaurant chain was both in the kitchen and in the service. on the road of the c-vacances we stop at cholet for practical reasons; impeccable service, small care for us and for our baby and food more than correct! short the holidays have started well.

Intolerable, even in this style of restaurant! we were 7 children and 6 adults. Arrival at 8:20pm, order at 9:30pm!!! We had only one desire to leave the place, but we stayed because of the children, tired after a day at the puy of the mad. We had another 2 hours of drive to go home!We have claimed bread several times without success, and finally we hear that the breads were not yet cooked! etc. it is to be specified that the room was in 3/4 empty! Why all this time lost? Kitchen problems?

Of our arrival at the beginning, a succession of maladdresses. 1h to take order, breads not available because in the oven...20 min to take order. No eggs on the chopped steak. unique positive note, a very nice waitress despite our repeated negative comments. In conclusion, avoid this buffalo that is not up to the other restaurants of the chain.

We were welcomed after a little more than 10 minutes waiting in the hall (without exaggerating). Once sitting at the table we were served with a fairly simple salad and hot breads. pleasant without more, but it has the advantage of being free. Children's menus are as usual, panes fade enough, plates are made half empty. For 5€ we have for our money. the cooking of the 4 dishes were respected, special mention to the burgers who are very good. desserts were good, a pity that there are no strawberries in this full season. dinner pretty good overall, but a little bit upset by waiting between the dishes. The servers are overflowed, there's no staff. We're not too disappointed.
