Pillars Cafe - Christchurch

The coffee was excellent and the staff were friendly; I couldn't ask for anything better!

I've been visiting this café since it opened, and they serve the best coffee—always consistent and delicious. The service is outstanding, provided by wonderful people. Their chocolate brownie is incredible, and the muffins are delightful! And let's not forget the scones—they're simply the best. My colleagues from Auckland rave about the coffee and scones whenever they visit. Plus, they use ethical coffee and glass-bottled milk. I could say so much more, but you all are truly amazing!

The coffee was good but the staff seemed somewhat withdrawn which dampened the atmosphere somewhat given this is a small intimate cafe. I'm happy to go back though as of course one experience isn't enough to form a conclusion.

Small intimate cafe reflects the small cabinet of food on display as well. Coffee was good, a little too cold for my liking. 7/10. Staff not exactly the most welcoming.
