Zappy Pizza - Chula Vista

Ordered a pizza to be delivered through doordash, got the wrong order. Clearly their expo and manager on duty cant send out the right pizza to the right customer. Called to see what they can do about it and they conviniently wash their hands telling us to deal with it through doordash as if the doordash delivery driver is the one that cant put out the right order. After working 15 years in the restaurant industry i can guarantee you its incompetence from the expo and manager, especially if all you do is just push us aside to doordash so you can continue to make business.

Love, love the pizzas , we always get 2 or 3 pizzas, enjoy having leftovers for the next day , the employees are friendly and courteous, great bang for the price , I like it better than the big name pizza places.

Very good pizza. My family and I discovered Zappys Pizza almost 9 years ago. We love it. Much better then Little Caesars pizza. My 9 year old daughter chooses Zappys over Little Caesars any day.
