The atmosphere was welcoming and perfect for families, and the service was professional, friendly, and attentive. We were both highly impressed by this hidden gem and plan to visit frequently, as it is conveniently located on our route to and from Randolph AFB.
We were very disappointed this evening when we went to your restaurant with friends. We ordered what we thought were the special enchiladas and guisada. The waitress asked if we wanted beef, chicken, or cheese. I ordered the chicken and my friend ordered beef, assuming we were getting the special.
Waiting 30 mins for a table which wasn't bad for how busy it is was. After ordering our food group of 7 we had to wait for drink refills until food arrived. Half of the food arrived, and that food was cold and cooked incorrectly. Then 15 mins later the other half arrived, which was again cold. The when we talked to a manager and he said he could put one of the steaks into the microwave to great it up. Which is just ridiculous.
We had a horrible experience here. Normally the food is really good but we had horrible meat on almost all of our meals. The big problem came from the manager who. was very condescending to us when we complained. Tried to make it a fault that we did not complain in time. We actually were not going to say anything comparable tab until one of my friends got physically ill. I was just was great but he was a jerk. He has no customer service and the owner should fire him.
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The waitstaff has recently changed but they are still quick and friendly. The managers are always kind and willing to assist. This is my top choice for dining in the area!
