No one in line in store but took almost 15 Mins to get 2 tea/lemonades . Way to slow to go back. Seems Iike drive thru is all they care about.
We dropped by to get some coffee here , at first I stood near the counter trying to get the attention of the baristas, but they paid me absolutely no heed for atleast a few minutes, even though multiple baristas were free and I was right at the counter waiting for someone to take my order. They were very racist towards me, it was quite uncomfortable and awkward, then I finally asked upfront and they took my order. The drinks were okay but my overall experience was very bad.
One sure sign that you are in a rough area is when even a popular establishment like Starbucks has to resort to using coded locks on its restrooms.
If you want to wait forever for your drink, then this is the Starbucks for you. I've tried to give this place plenty of chances and it's the same every single time. I've order in person or through mobile. The wait is the same. My last straw was this morning I placed my order with more than enough time, and I'm still waiting. Its been over 30 minutes. For 2 simple drinks and one bagel. Only two people are working and the place is full of customers. The staff has attitude problems and seem to not care the place is full. An update would be nice. It's not the customer's fault that management is failing to run this starbucks.
