Burger King - Cincinnati

Through the drive thru and ordered a whooper meal. burger king gave us a cold sandwich. drove back through the window drive thru, the cash was nice, she gave us a fresh hot sandwich. Thank you. Please stop giving cold sandwiches that you want to eat a cold sandwich. food: 2/5

We were served cold sandwiches and the fries were hot. They had sandwiches permade. You can't not permake sandwiches that should be served hot!!! This has happened to us at several Burger King locations. But at least the second set of burgers were hot.

It would be nice to be told you didn’t have syrup BEFORE you order and pay for French toast sticks. And then we are told we can’t get a refund because it will make her drawer short. ??!! Skip this place.

Do not attempt to order anything outside of the menu with expectations of accuracy.Do not order regular menu items with expectations of it being within 3 hours of fresh.Do not expect the staff to be friendly or engage in the experience.This has been my home burger king for years.

Just left the drive thru. Here lately majority of the fast food restaurant we have been ordering from have missed giving us our food, so we checked our order these older ghetto black lady came too the window and started to point her finger telling us too move out car up. Then she said hurry up we are on a time limit! Will never go back to the location. These manager need to think about who they hire. Majority of the workers are hateful and unfriendly individuals. Don 't like your job go fund another one!!
