Rally's - Cincinnati

Asked for no lettuce and to add cheese, lettuce was present and cheese was not, also gave me fries instead of cheese sticks, sandwich was still good and so were the funnel cake fries

Even tho they messed up my order at one point. They are definitely worth it. Milk shakes and chill cheese fries who could complain

Sa and waited for shake until eating was almost cold. almost one other commander was handed over, who wasn't mine. everything was tasty, simply not good service

Love me some Rally's, but not a great experience this time around. They are now using an automated order taker, which wasted about 2 minutes of my time because it couldn't get my order right. After a real human came on to take my order, the situation was resolved. BUT, even though all I ordered was a Rallyburger combo and a chicken bites box, they couldn't get it to me before there was a long stack of cars behind me. So, they asked me to go back around and get into the pickup only lane and wait my turn there. I did so. About 5 minutes later, I got up to the window for my turn and everything was ready for me. Apparently, it had been ready for some time, because the fries were relatively warm, (not hot) but the burger was just room temperature. I'll go back, but beware of the changes to what was a perfectly acceptable ordering and fulfilment process before now. ?

Employees were more interested in listening to music and dancing than providing the order. This order was paid for ahead of time and should have been ready when I arrived, waited for ten minutes at the window after the associate spoke extremely sarcastically at the order speaker. When the order was finally brought to the window the associate didn't say a word, just stuck the bag out the window.
