Mcdonald's - City of London,Westminster

Absolutely awful. Made a bad decision after having too many drinks. The bacon burger was limp and cold. Why do we keep falling for scams like this? I've learned my lesson. Disappointing.

A very friendly member of staff fetched me a napkin. I promised to write good review in return. Service was very quick too.

Bad service. Got a wrong order receipt. I asked for three ketchups, got two. I asked politely can I have another one? And a young Pakistani girl got a handful and smashed into my food bag. I was about to pick them and throw on her head but she moved away.

The lack of staff and the busy morning today created a terrible combination. I feel sorry for the new guy who took my order, he seemed inexperienced and his colleague, a young blonde, was very rude to him in front of customers. It was inappropriate and made him look stressed. When I wanted to buy a donut, the same girl told me it had been on the shelf for 2 days and I shouldn't get it, which was disgusting. I had to throw away all my food after hearing that. She was also rude to her colleagues and customers, yelling at everyone. This is not McDonald's standard and I found the staff unprofessional. The only normal one was a girl in a grey blouse who seemed like a manager. I will not be eating at McDonald's for a long time after this experience. Thank you.

Looked clean (but is wisny) asked for more cash for ronald (rip off) couldn’t understand worker asking about sauce (too quiet) diet coke has flavour of cleaning products was also flat, when i opened my chips i was shocked to see a rat crawl out them. was then followed by a flock of pigeons all the way down chancery lane. overall great experience will return (tomorrow night)
