Pret A Manger

13:25 29/08/21 Walked into the store, the server was not friendly at all, I scanned the QR code to make things easier for him and he stops me saying you can’t scan, order and go extremely rudely to me. I felt like he was racist since I’m a hijab- wearing woman. He was a Male, American accent, dark-skinned barista.

I frequent the Pret A Manger location within Paddington station nearly every day for breakfast, and I would like to praise Alex and Christian for their extremely professional, friendly, and polite service. Despite the restaurant being busy, they always manage to be welcoming to customers, which is rare these days. Please ensure they are well taken care of before another establishment snatches them up. Fasil.

I enjoyed everything that this café provides especially the cheese and tomato croissant. Their food is organic including their coffee. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Had a take out coffee on our way through Paddington en route to Heathrow. Good coffee. Friendly staff.

I enjoy ordering Swedish meatballs and a sparkling juice at this restaurant.
