Old fashioned station bar with food. Staff are very pleasant. Small compact but caring. Simple food simple beers with lovely flavour staff.

After a not so great experience at another venue in the close vicinity, we were greeted as soon we walked in by happy and attentive staff who obviously value their customers. Food was really tasty (big breakfast and burrito bowl with chicken) and atmosphere was really relaxed and enjoyable. We're not sports fans and the TV's weren't too loud. Thank you.

Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered a vegan burger. When my food arrived it was a double beef burger. I complained and was told it was a quorn burger. I said it looks like a beef burger and it smells like a beef burger and my friend said it tastes like a beef burger !! No apology whatsoever. They said the chef will do another one. I told them it made me feel sick and I couldn’t possibly eat now. Still no apology, I paid a total of £22 for this meal and a small glass of wine. I asked for a refund and was given the refund for the burger only. I complained again and reluctantly I was given the refund for the small glass of wine. I would have at least expected that to be offered as some kind of acknowledgment of how appalling their mistake was. If this place is going to serve vegan food then I’d expect the chef to know the difference between quorn and beef. Worse experience of chef knowledge and customer service.

We booked buffet lunch for 25 service users and volunteers from our charity. We had an excellent time and tasty, plentiful food for a very good price. The Manager, Warren was friendly and helpful. All the staff were also welcoming to people with a range of disabilities. Thank you All Headway North West London
