The customer service was very disappointing. I received multiple paper bags for my donuts and ice cream, and when I requested to have everything placed in a single plastic bag, I was told I would need to pay 15 cents for a non-reusable plastic bag. I spent over $20, and yet I'm being charged for a plastic bag that I can't even use again—it's truly absurd!

Very poor and slow service, the workers are certainly unhappy and unprofessional taking your orders is a burden to the staff

This place is always understaffed and they take so long to fill an order.
