Mcdonald's - City of Olean

I ordered an iced coffee on the app. Went to pick up at curbside. Waited 5 mins only to have a person come out and tell me..they no longer offer iced coffee. He didn't offer any replacement. I went inside the restaurant. The person offered me hot coffee as a replacement...I had paid on the app already..they had to brew..I waited 15 mins..nothing..I left..glad I ordered on app..only out $1.07...I won't be back

I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 10 pieces chicken nugget meals and went home and there I realized there's no frys or sauce and 1 of the cokes is Dr pepperWhat the heck McDonald's?

Got bogo for $1 deal. Cashier didn't understand me what I wanted. Got everything straight. Food is always good.

Took my kids here for dinner on 4/17, and there were youngsters playing around. One guy I'd like to thank is Bill. He made sure we were happy with our food, picked stuff up from the floors, brought us our food, and just overall made it a good experience. You can tell he appreciated his job. He definitely got noticed for his hard work.
