Wendy's - City of Watertown

Everytime I come into Wendy’s the workers are not only rude but also always in a bad mood. I had a card issue and the employee rolled her eyes multiple times and had an attitude about it. I’ve had multiple bad experiences in the same Wendy’s with the same employees over and over again. When I’m inside I feel rushed to order, to eat and to get out. It is just not somewhere to go if your looking to enjoy your meal.

Went to drive thru ordered the baconator plain, fries, and a frosty my girl just wanted a lemonade. The baconator was loaded the fries were cold as the frosty and never gave us the lemonade. The lady at the window was cold and slammed the window after she handed us the bag.21$ for a medium frosty because they won't answer the phone of course. C'mon Wendy your dad is not gonna be happy.

When you pay thirty dollars for food and can't eat it because it's loaded with mayo and ketchup so bad it's all over the place. When I asked for extra mayonnaise for my fries the lady acted like it was a sin to ask. The soda was horrid as if the machine wasn't dispersing the liquid at the correct amounts, but to go up and tell them would of felt like I broke it.lol This isn't the first time I've experienced stuff like this I got the wrong food one time got all the way home noticed it and tried calling to get no answer. Then emailed them to get no reply.

Service was mean to us (3 teens 14- 15 she didn’t even try to help with anything and wasn’t “ enthusiastic” to be working and rushed us .
