La Posada de Belgrano

We loved the cozy atmosphere of this place, which was clearly visited by many locals who are always a good sign. The food was delicious and the service was fast and very attentive. I would like to thank our waiter Ernesto, who felt very welcome....Muchas gracias!

Okay food, but nothing special, the service was good at it, but it's not a place I'm returning to.

I was here a few times. The Deco is ok, the visitors are mainly locals and neighbors. It is not challenging as many others in BA. I decided to go to La Posada on weekdays or to the cinema. it would not provide a special outing. The service is right, but I had different luck with the food. I have eaten good Matambre de cerdo, but the last time I was there, the vacío was dry, overdone, and probably cooked before, which is not acceptable in a reasonably good grill!! The prices are high for what they offer.

Used to love coming here eventhough it was a little pricy and constantly full but lately the portions and the quality went extremely down. Service its always fun and entertaining although you need to constantly calling them to get some attention (otherwise you will spend...the entire night secluded). We asked some dishes to share, including mollejas, rabas and mariscos but the portions where extremely small and not shareable at all as it used to be. The wine list was also a dissapointed since a lot of the choices were not available. Dessert were very good and the coffee was cold. A big let down specially when we had to pay more than 400 pesos per capita (an extremely big sum for a hood restaurant). I will avoid this place for a couple of months before coming again.
