Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Every time we come we are served by a girl named “Belle” and every time we only see her for the order and then she is clearly overwhelmed with too many tables because we don’t see her again. Tonight we waited over 30 minutes for our table to be cleared, stacked plates in front of us. We were going to order dessert but waited too long and we even had a toddler running around because we couldn’t leave without paying. I will never return, the first couple times I gave her and your business the benefit of the doubt but this is crazy! Worst services ever!

My husband and mother in laws dinner where cold and mine was luke warm, sauce was cool and the quarter chicken was a sparrow. We have never been so disappointed with Swiss chalet before, I won't be going back.

There was a hair baked into my chicken spring roll. Don't think I'll be ordering for a while. Chicken was flavourful though. I just need some time to forget the hair...

This is unfortunately, by far the worst Swiss chalet. You can’t Uber it. You have to use a visa over the phone or pay cash at the door. And the food is subpar, and for some reason, I think there is a fry famine at this Swiss chalet so make sure you order extra not that it’s really extra. every other Swiss chalet across Ontario you do not have to order extra fries. I believe it’s a call centre taking the calls they’re not too good either.

Our server Brandie did a great job! She is always so friendly and fast! Food is always great!
