Feedback gevenOn December 11, 2017, my husband and I visited the Cinder Bar for dinner. The food was decent. However, the next day when I checked my online banking, I noticed an extra $98.00 charge on top of the $40.00 dinner. I called the Cinder Bar to address this issue, but the manager was too busy to return my call. As of December 13, I still haven’t been able to speak with her. I attempted to reach her again, and was told she was preoccupied with Santa being there at the bar. Additionally, I discovered yet another $98.00 charge. I really wanted to speak with the owner, but was informed he was also unavailable. My advice to anyone considering this restaurant: don’t use a credit card, pay with cash instead.
I drove 35 minutes to visit this restaurant on a sweltering 98-degree day, and unfortunately, it felt just as hot inside. The air conditioning seemed ineffective. When we were seated, the table was dirty and there was salad scattered all over the seats at the stand. I wasn't impressed. The food was good, but I can't help but wonder why it was so hot inside.

I called again tonight, but they were occupied with Santa's visit at the bar. To my dismay, I’ve been hit with another $98.00 fee.
