Wendy's - Clarksville

This place is a complete mess. Rude manager yelling at young employees, no front counter open so customers forced to use kiosks to ring themselves up.. food isn’t worth the cost, coke machine had NO SODAS that weren’t diet.. ice overflowing all over the machine, drive through wasn’t moving at all so we had to come in.. this place is awful.Treat your employees better and take better care of them and you might be able to stay better staffed.. pay them a living wage and maybe your restaurant might have better service and be a little better to eat at.. and stop understaffing to bring yourself more profit..

I found a frozen fry in my bag!!! AND my bacon wasn't cooked all the way! AND the manager gave me an attitude!!! I was appauled

What the heck. Why do I do this to myself why. Staff is so ill-informed but I won't go into details but man why

Always fresh and always hot. If there is a problem with your food, they will correct it immediately.Our two meals were ready in about 3 minutes. I'd say that's great compared to other fast food places.And my sandwich looked like they made it for a commercial. How often does that happen?

Withheld my food from being delivered and claimed they were closed when the order was clearly ready and in bags. ???
