Burger King - Clayton

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. Every aspect of my order was incorrect, and the manager was extremely rude and charged me more than necessary. The staff treated me poorly, making me feel unwelcome. The only bright spot was Alex, who was genuinely helpful and provided great service. He definitely deserves a raise, while the manager should be reconsidered for their position. Overall, everyone else was disrespectful, and it felt like I was being treated like I didn't matter. This happened at 6:15 PM on Friday, October 21. I hope Burger King addresses this situation.

Extremely slow service during breakfast hours. This location never, and I mean Never has had any type of coffee available, for years. You sit at the drive-thru speaker for 5 minutes before someone even says anything to you, when clearly there aren't any other customers in line or inside.

This location is right next to a college. I have been going to this college for over a year now. Everyone in my cohort (40 people! avoid this Burger King like the plague. They never get food out on time and then the food you receive is often wrong/cold. They didn 't have iced coffee this morning, they had no tortillas, and were only taking cash. Yesterday they weren 't serving milkshakes or ice cream products. Last week at one point they said they weren 't serving any chicken products and the week before they said they weren 't serving any burger products? It is BURGER KING, but they have no burgers?? Workers are often very slow and extremely rude. I will continue to avoid this location. I love Burger King in general, and the one in my city is great. But this Burger king is consistently screwing up. Honestly it needs some kind of better management or SOMETHING. We get very short breaks and BK is the closest restaurant but myself and my cohort have had nothing but bad experiences. Such a shame. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanna shout out to the manager ! 7PM 8/7/22....She was working by herself. but she still kept it flowing.... .she made me the best Whopper with cheese. She deserves a raise!!

Crossainwich was good but at 9:30am already out of both ice coffee flavors
