I love pep and mushroom. We?ve had the subs and spaghetti, also great. Little pricy but the quality is worth it. Also it?s hard to find taco pizzas so that keeps us coming back. The last two times we have ordered have been disappointing however. I?m not mad about it because we have ordered numerous times so twice messed up is good odds. Just alarming it?s been twice in a row now. Few days ago one of our items was half sausage and onion half cheese. Whole thing was sausage and onion. Upsetting for my 7 year old grandson he only eats cheese. Also, ordered no black olives on half of taco pizza. It had them. Time before that, again they added the olives on half that was not supposed to have any. And we ordered a medium half cheese and half sausage and got a small. But, I?ll still be a returning regular. I?ll just start checking boxes before I leave. Also the jalapeño poppers are amazing. Update- October 24,2020 Ordered our regular taco pizza half no olives. It was correct this time. Jalapeño poppers also, were great. Very delicious. I also ordered for myself a meatball sub. Super cheesy ,was great. Excellent job tonight guys.
Finally some real pizza. Ingredients taste fresh. Dough and sauce are authentic. Definitely worth the trip for the quality.
Absolutely one of the worst customer experiences with a pizzeria. So disappointed, please don't do business with La Bella. As a consumer you get a choice with whom you do business with and you tend to return to the business that provides the best customer experience. We have been ordering from LA Bella for several years and unfortunately this evening will be our last. We had multiple families at our home and placed an order at 7:37pm, order was processed and text message was received from la Bella confirming confirmation for the large purchase providing expected delivery between 8:40-9:03. At 8:21 we received a text message from LA Bella stating they were closed, our order was cancelled. This seemed very odd since their closing hours reflects 9pm on their website. So we decided to call since the children had already been waiting for close to an HR for pizza. A young lady answered, informed me we are 7 miles out of range for delivery (we have been ordering from them for years now no issues on delivery). I offered to come pick the pizza up, she quickly informed me that they are closed. I question this due to their posted working hrs, she said oh well yea you can come pick it up. They had already prepped, cooked and boxed the order. When we arrived to pick up the food it was on top of the stove, I am so shocked and provided direct feedback to the young employee working. When asking for the manager name and information she quickly said I am the manager. After providing feedback for the negative customer experience, I walked out of the store. As we were leaving we noticed a young man approached the front counter and the two were laughing up a storm. I must say this is beyond disappointing, I am 100% about supporting your local business but please don't do business with this pizzeria. Shame on you La Bella, you should have enough professional respect for your customers and treat them like their business matters. They could careless about their customers and the experienc
I ordered my pizza and salad at 7:48pm ETA was supposed to between 8:35-8:54. I called them at 9pm guy said it was just coming out of the oven, I guess they came and left my pizza on the front porch maybe 30 mins ago and I had no idea so my pizza is cold now, happy I got it but pizza delivery notice would've been great.
First off I will note that the food is really good and the driver was on time for the first drop off. The kitchen clearly has some problems getting the order right. Ordered food for delivery, the first pizza was completely wrong and devoid of all toppings. Called them up and they brought a replacement pizza (took 45mins). Toppings were still wrong, but close enough that I didn't bother complaining and just enjoyed it. Next time I'll probably just go for pickup and check that the food is correct before I walk out the door.
