Perfect place to relax after a long day. The bartenders were so friendly and helpful, you can say they were experienced and ready to do things that are not on the menu or other than the usual. Cosy place right in front of the lobby, so take your drink, sit in front of the large windows in the large room and enjoy!

I had a delivery at this beautiful resort. I came in the evening before, so I used to stop 56 degrees to grab some appetizers and a cold drink. Small and intimate bar with an incredible view of the valley. What made this special trip unforgettable was the incredible service I received from Jenny. I felt really pampered as a customer. She was very friendly, offers excellent service, along with intelligent conversation. After a while, I felt like I was one of the bars' favorite regulars. I suggest stopping for a cold when you visit and see if Jenny covers the bar. They won't be disappointed.

My husband and I were at Suncadia Resort for a Swedish hospital service. Of course, our evening was exceptional due to our waitress Andrea. I worked in the service industry years ago and I understand how hard it can be, but Andrea had every single person in high spirit and talked about how beautiful it is. The only big downfall to our night was a gentleman I think his name was Matty, tried to serve us, but also told us that we could not be in our room (what our group had reserved, as well as paid amount of money for) by 8:30. We just had to eat and we drink very strongly when he came and said we had to go in 20 minutes. We asked the management what the deal was, and they informed us that there was no such thing and we had all the time to enjoy ourselves.... so we did. We asked not to have the Lord back into the room, because he was no help anyway. We drank a lot until 10:30 a.m., and half of our group came back to the bar to find Andrea and thank her as well as to say management how amazing she was, but unfortunately they all went for the night. It was a great retreat for us and we look forward to coming back. When someone keeps in the area, I recommend stopping in 56 and saying hello to Andrea.

Conclusion: Large small lounge, just barely justifying its price-day, but DOES justifies it at the end. Pros: creative appetizer menu, patients, fast, friendly staff. Cons: a touch is missing in the hard liquor and beer department, but it is finally a wine-oriented place. The prices are best with a few shots of vodka stomach. I had the pig bell, with ginger and apple gastrique, pickled fennel and microsalate. It was DIVINE. I can't expect to come back, especially for that.

Our server Peter was phenomenal; made great drinks and was very friendly. I dined here twice at my stay in Suncadia. The food was great both times. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area.
