Chili's Grill - Clearwater

There was no hostess to welcome us for lunch, the bus boy had to put us in the bar Lol. Then the waitress lasted forever to welcome us, then we ordered our food and it took 50 minutes to get our food after the order. The food was good, but the service was super slow. Our waitress was friendly, but this place is not going well, there was no sign of management and I think there were only 1-2 waitresses for the whole restaurant at noon! I didn't even see a bartender. My group gets only one hour for lunch, so we all came back too late to work. I'm not back to this place soon, especially at noon.

They have the best cheese curds in Florida I have ever had. Their brisket quesadillas are amazing and their ribs a very tasty. Extremely fast service and friendly. Very reasonable prices as well! The only thing I wasn?t big on was the street corn. The flavor was good, but the corn itself was overcooked and too soft. Other than that everything was really good. Will definitely be back :

Horrible service and rude. Walked in right before 830pm and was told they close at 9. Said could not seat me or help. Wasn?t even offered to do take out. Felt like I was getting kicked out. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never go back there.

I have to say I absolutely love this chili's. Carrie the bartender/server is amazing. Great attitude 24/7. She's mostly the reason we go in there. Yes issues with TVs but they are saying that is in the works to be fixed. Food is good. Service is great and lots of great vibes that you say just having one but you stay for a few more.and was just there today and Carrie rocked it. And the rest of the staff is on point.
