Little India - Clearwater

I have gotten take out/delivery from here about 3x in the past year and I eat Indian about 1-2x/ month. I really want to love this local Indian place. The portions are huge, prices are fair, and the food is fresh. I typically order chicken dishes, and the chicken pieces are large and cooked well. Lots of rice comes with your order. However, my chicken dishes are always flavorless. No matter what I’ve ordered, very little flavor. Also, perhaps my personal preference, I love Paneer naan and alway always always get it any time i have Indian. The paneer naan here is basically regular naan with a few bits of paneer sprinkled in, again not much flavor and poor value in my opinion. It’s time for me to move on and find another place close enough for delivery!

We had the buffet during lunch. It wasn't what I expected. The food was kinda cold, the rice and bread were stale from sitting out too long. The bathrooms were a mess. The paper towels were piled so high in the trash and were on the floor. None of the toilet paper rolls were in the toilet paper dispenser. Just a plain roll leaning against the wall and the bathroom hand rail. The buffet side looked decent but the other side of the restaurant was a mess. And the cost of the buffet came out to be $17 and change per person, plus tip. It was too expensive for that kind of experience. I would look somewhere else for Indian food.

Loved the lunch Indian buffet. Learnt that the food is from north India which is why it’s not too spicy. I definitely prefer spicier food so that’s why it’s 4/5 for me but otherwise great flavor.I’d say the only thing you can improve is more options for lunch and also fix the floor improve the atmosphere. Those 2 things would make the experience 5 stars

Had a delicious experience here. Not the best Indian food I’ve had but it’s definitely above average. The wait time was longer than I would have liked. Appetizer should have come out sooner to keep us happy. They might be short staffed. Outside looks run down. Needs a major outside makeover.

It was good food and drinks and service is very friendly. Very good price. Our chicken was a bit salty and they were very understanding and even took it off our charge. She was well respecting. She (our server). Overall it was a pretty decent restaurant
