Westshore Pizza - Clearwater

Just left my food at the front door. Ants got into it. What a joke. IF I DO NOT GET REFUNDED MY MONEY I WILL DISPUTE IT WITH MY BANK!! YOU ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE!

I ordered the Philly Deluxe and it was the worst cheese steak I’ve ever had. I’ll caution you NOT to order it. It was beyond dry and flavorless. It’s a huge cheese steak but after one bite I couldn’t eat anymore. I wanted the Deluxe because it came with onions, green peppers and mushrooms. I could barely find any of these things in the sandwich. I don’t like wasting food so instead of throwing it out I fed the meat to my dogs.

Westshore Pizza!! True customer service coming from two of the best individuals that service the facility at Drew st in Clearwater... Rob Tito are truly great people and hold the best customer service quality I've seen in a while. Keep these employees .. because people like this are hard to find

About a month ago I had a very negative experience (stick with me here) with a employee on the phone trying to cancel an order that had taken way too long to get to us. I waited a couple of days to call back hoping to get a manager on the phone. Turns out that employee was a manager. He apologized and said my next pizzas were on him for him treatment. Fast forward to today I called hungry hoping to take this manager up on his offer. The person (Rob) on the other end of the phone listened intently and cared about what I was saying. Without hesitation Rob did honor what this guy had said. I decided to pick the pizzas up in person to meet the guy taking care of me and leave a tip. That manager is no longer with West Shore Pizza understandably. The pizza is delicious, the customer service is outstanding and caring, and me and my wife will only order West Shore Pizza from now on because I know they care and make great pizza!

After we finished the window tinting our customers' houses in Clearwater, we ordered the best steak n cheese Philly in town. I highly recommend the Westshore Pizza on Drew.
