Food is always on par. Service though...understaffed means long wait times. Waited 10 minutes beyond scheduled (promised) pick up time while employees running around in back room.

Lexington, SC: I placed an order thru the app. I was about 10 minutes early. All 3 of the employees were rude and said, Nothing we can do for you, you 'll just have to wait. I told them to cancel it because I didn 't have time to wait, showed them the order on my app, and they refused to even make it early. I went right over to Publix and got an even better sub. This is why I don 't bother with Subway, and definitely never will again.

My wife turned me on to getting my sandwich as a wrap. the Wrap has less bread so a little less gluten/carbs and more protein for those of us that are a bit on the sensitive side. Great healthy option to fried stuff.Wish they had more non-carbonated drink options though.The advertisement says they slice fresh but I did not seen them slice anything.
