Butcher The Brewer - Cleveland

I visited this restaurant for the first time last night. I have tried the Albino Stout at other restaurants and I fell in love with it. Our entire meal was delicious and the service was great. We both tried beer flights that were all pretty good. We will definitely be coming back!

This restaurant blew me away with its amazing quality. The staff, especially the bartenders on the late shift of 12/3 (forgot their names), were extremely friendly. I tried a flight of beers recommended by the brewer, including a light ale, IPA, white stout, and stout, all of which were excellent. The roasted broccoli was outstanding and the pig dog with kimchi and pita was one of the best dishes I've had in a long time. I highly recommend this place.

This brewery is excellent! Our favorite beer was the Albino Stout, with delicious flavors of coffee, chocolate, and vanilla.

For the first time in cleveland and that was absolutely my favorite place in the city I had eaten there all the time! I ate here 4 times in my 5 days stay! bier distillerie and sport bar vibe. I enjoyed the convenientity of the QR code menu, the order and the payment system. everything I had eaten here was good. not a large menu, food proportions are not huge, mostly replaceable plates. but it was all good and good beer! her lemon shandy on cold design was perfect on a hot summer day! in the midst of the summer the place was not crowded, even with guardians home. many seats inside and a few tables outside (uncovered.) I am next time in cleveland, I am definitely back!

Wow, this place is fantastic. The beer is off the chain, the food is awesome. Great location, friendly staff. I played tic tac toe with my batender( there's chalk to write on the bartop). Great atmosphere and welcoming environment. I hadxthe wings, which were cooked perfectly and coated in an exquisite dry rub, I highly recommend.
