Papa Johns - Cleveland

Had a wonderful experience in this restaurant. After having a terrible experience in another pizza restaurant, I decided not to eat there for the night and to go here instead. The staff, even if only a few worked, could go beyond and beyond and take me by bringing the pizza to my truck because I had a sleeping child. No problems with ordering on their web app and they actually got my pizza cooked 10 minutes before the app said it would be ready. Special thanks to Serena to go to my truck!

Ordered online, it was easy. Had it delivered. Just being lazy. It took a while, but it was still warm. It's good. Looks good. Driver was super nice.

I like Papa John's pizza. The problem lately is that if you call in an order to pick up, your call is not directly with your local Papa John's. It connects to a response service that takes over your order. That's good, but there was a voice bird and I couldn't understand the lady and she couldn't understand me. I'm very clear. She also spent a lot of time annoying me and commissioning more. I knew exactly what I wanted when I called and asked about that other stuff if I wanted those add-ons. When I picked up the pizza, it was the wrong pizza. We chose what we have..... and it was very good.... but the point is that after everything, it wasn't what we ordered. Good score for taste, but a mistake on the ordering system and everything else. I must say that the people at the very place were very nice and when I mentioned the problem that my wife and I had in the ordering process, they mentioned that others also had difficulties with it. I was told if I met number 5 when options were offered, it would connect me directly to their actual store.
