Fricoteurs - Clichy

Came here with Clichy friends. They love this rather new place and we can see why. The flavors are exquisite and distinctive. The environment is simple and quiet. The owner is vey hospitable. I hope he succeeds!

Plates, fresh ingredients. It's all home. The lamb mouse confites 7h is to fall and the ultra melting octopus!

The atmosphere is warm and pleasant and the meal was delicious. The beef cheek melted perfectly and the accompaniment full of flavors with an excellent set of textures. The cheese tray was generous and very well refined. All accompanied by a very good wine: nothing to say. I'll be back as soon as I can.
