Their business hours are listed until 10 PM, but when I arrived at 9:15 PM—45 minutes before closing—I was told they couldn't fulfill my order because all their equipment was already broken down and cleaned for the night. I wanted to order some filled crazy bread and a promotional crust pizza, but they refused to serve me simply because they were closing soon. I then called another Little Caesars on 12th Street, and they had no issue taking my order. It was the manager at the Clifton location who decided to cancel my order, which is really disappointing. It's disheartening to see the lack of acceptable work ethic these days.
I attempted to place an order over the phone, but the staff spoke so quickly and unclearly that I had to ask for clarification multiple times. I was told that her phone was working fine and that the issue was with my phone. I found this response quite rude; all she needed to do was speak slower and clearer so that I could understand her. I ended up ordering online, but was then told that the pizza would be ready in 45 minutes. We were hoping to avoid a long wait. Honestly, it would have taken less time to go to Little Caesars, place an order, and pick it up just 15 minutes later.
I found Little Caesars to be quite overpriced. I understand that prices have gone up, but the service left a lot to be desired. The staff wasn't very helpful, and the food was disappointing. The pizza wasn't even cut, so I had to do that myself when I got home. We were told to wait 10 minutes for a brownie that was actually just four wrapped pieces pulled from the refrigerator—definitely not worth the $4 in my opinion. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you're looking for a good Little Caesars experience. Instead, I suggest heading to the restaurant on 12th Street and Orchard; they always treat me better there.
I've loaded my card and never returned my pickup, $30 have disappeared into her system?? It was over and hour and the staff could take care of less.
Bread doesn't come with sauce but the one on 12th does. Both locations are different!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I recommend going to the one on 12th! They guy named john h. that sold the crazy bread to us tonight at the clifton loaction was sour and rude! They can't make change for anything larger than a 20!!!!!!!!! 9/20/2022 at 7:02pm
