Tgi Friday's - Clifton

The appetizers, dinner and dessert was delicious. Quick service on Sunday. The waitress was nice. The red velvet cake and icecream is a must try. Walking in the place looked a little messy, alot of unattented dirty tables, dirty floors, but apart from that everything was great.

Christmas dinner. server was great, but had to do the job des managers in the harm control in the round. our commands were delivered mistakenly to another table. ok, mistakes happen. So we had to wait twice until the kitchen resumes our ordered dishes. server came and asked us if someone (i.e. the manager) had come to explain what had happened. of course the answer was not and remained so for the rest of the night. we got komp 'd for a bowl suppe for our inconvenience (and kudos to our server for making that happen). but still the manager never came by to apologize for the contract robbery in the name of tgi Friday. could not give us two minutes of time from the close two hours we were to even give us a good line. it asked me: if the manager did not take over responsibility for the deficiencies of the employees responsible for the looting, what is the same manager who does not assume responsibility for the service which is granted to the customer base of this institution by the staff under the supervision of the manager? it makes me, in any case, ready to come back with the same thing I did before today. caveat emptor. buyer beware!
