Hanami Japanese Sushi Hibachi Steak House

The food was very good! We had excellent service from Chanel! She was so kind, positive, and helpful. The hibachi filet was cooked PERFECT. We will be returning for sure! Thanks for the great food and service! Can’t wait to try the ramen!

My party was dining during the unfolding of another guest becoming ill in the restaurant. I believe the situation was handled entirely inappropriately. I’ve worked in food service and one thing that is true is the customer is always right. The servers should have comped the young ladies meal without question or served her something different. The young man she was with was rightfully upset. There were at least 10 people working during this event and all were standing in the corner watching and laughing not professional at all as the they tried to say in their response to the previous review. In fact it was intimidating and caused the environment of the restaurant to be highly uncomfortable. In addition other parties were making complaints as well. I wouldn’t have chosen to write a review about this had the food been excellent; however, it was disappointing. Typically I believe this restaurant has great food and great reviews, surprisingly.

Fish was rancid and my partner vomited all over the table. I was forced to pay anyway or they would’ve called the cops.

It's such a cute spot. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. They even have a room you can use for hibachi if you have a large party. They give you the option to sit at the sushi bar or table. They have plenty of parking and even have parking in the back if needed.
