Feedback gevenThe food is good, but sometimes the servers/cashier needs to be more pleasant. Not saying it happened today, 6/25/2018, but other times it has happened. It doesn?t matter what kind of day you?re having, you can?t be grumpy or nasty to the customers. That is one way to lose customers.
I bought 2 half subs. I looked at the picture of a hot ham and Swiss. I got 4 pieces of game and a piece of Swiss. Looked nothing like the picture. The other was a chicken breast. I had to get extra meat. It looked so horrible. One piece of cheese. I paid 15.00 for nothing. Never again. Subway needs not to be so greedy with there meat. I paid for it. Smh.
There was a bit of a language barrier which caused me a bit of frustration as I can usually understand those who speak English as a second language. His accent was so thick I couldn't figure out what he was saying. He seemed to have trouble understanding me too. Once I ordered he pointed to the right for me to go get my milk as if I knew where it was. It wasn't busy so it would have been nice if he had shown me where it was as older people like myself don't always see well. I didn't see the milk- it was on the very bottom. The cashier man was much more pleasant and helpful, showing me where my item was and thanking me when I left. The food was good.
I arrived around 8:53am on a Sunday (7/25/2021) and the store was not opened. A black young girl Subway employee arrived like 2 minutes later. She turned on the open sign and didn?t not even actually open the store. It clearly started that the store was supposed to be open since 7am. Another lady arrived and tried to open the door and she just put up both of her hands indicating the store opened at the 10am. Terrible service!!! We were starving.
Purchased a foot long Tuna salad March 3, 2015 and had the unpleasant opportunity of biting into a green stink bug. Disgusting! Returned to the store with NO management on duty, the employees were even grossed out.
