As we entered the antique shop we were embraced by a most pleasant aroma of kitchen cuisine. As we hunted for our treasures, we became more and more interested in the delightful and enticing aroma of food! We decided to try our luck in Katie 's corner, the cafe producing all of the delightful aroma. The corner itself was well suited for an antique shop, having been a corner of an old pharmacy. We sat at the lunch counter. We tried a cup of Katie 's French Onion soup! It was delicious! We followed up with a Classic Club Sandwich... it was as good a club sandwich as I have ever had. We were privileged to talk with Katie who serves as the CEO, bookkeeper, purchasing agent, janitor, chief cook and bottle washer. We will definitely make it a point to stop at Katie 's Corner again. Well Done Katie
So contrary to the other reviews I saw...this restaurant does not serve breakfast ! We had a breakfast bagel sandwich which was great and they have soup.sandwiches and Tillamook ice cream. But it 's not a FULL RESTAURANT. Its a tiny little place attached to a vintage store and with a couple small ice cream tables and a malt shop type bar . Great place to stop for a sandwich to go. The town itself feels like it 's barely hanging on and that everyone built the buildings themselves. Since it 's a little stop along the way to other places...I hope that it can attract business to support the local business people!
Very good breakfast, made to order it was just like having breakfast at home. Bacon is so good thick and sausage is not like store bought its like it came from a butcher shop. We will return
Favorite stop in town!! If your hungry and want something amazing stop here!! Sandwiches are to die for! Milkshakes are more then perfect! Quick and friendly service.
This place is small, but packs a huge punch! The breakfast is incredibly cheap and delicious. Our waitress was sweet, and service was quick. Only caveat is they don't take cards! : I would definitely eat there again.
