I double-checked with the server, but she still forgot an item.
Tang Kee Bakery is a chain of bakeries that can be easily found around the area. They offer a variety of Chinese pastries such as vegetable buns, BBQ pork buns, and custard buns, as well as some unique options like satay beef buns and vegetable and mushroom buns. In addition to pastries, they also have dishes like braised chicken feet with spare ribs and octopus patty rice. The prices are quite reasonable and not too expensive. I stopped by with a slight hunger and decided to try their popular sweet potato bun. It had sweet potato bits and puree inside, with a subtle sweet flavor. It was freshly baked and delicious. The hot food items at Tang Kee Bakery are definitely worth trying, and the sweet potato bun I had only cost 4.5 yuan, which was a satisfying snack. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend this bakery.
