There have been many improvements recently. Some of the regular staff are now quick, courteous, and attentive, and they've finally addressed the issue with the dead space on the exit ramp!

I ordered a takeout bag and was asked to wait at the collection point. Unfortunately, we were left waiting for 20 minutes because they forgot about us. However, they eventually brought it out to us and included some extras in the bag. The food was delicious, and the service friendly.

I've been using this drive-thru twice a week for about the last two years. While I understand that they can get busy at times, I always feel that the service could be more upbeat. However, today I was served by a woman named Alisson, who could write a manual on customer service. She was prompt, polite, and attentive. It was a fantastic experience today!
