Not a good experience. I asked for 3 bottomless glasses, we were given water glasses. A very rude, dark haired waitress snatched our glasses off of us, poured our drinks away and tried to charge me again for the drinks. Poor customer service, poor waitressing. However the man I asked to resolve the issue was very pleasant.
Awful!! Our starter came out 5 times when we ordered 1, we kept having to show them the bill. Meaning it delayed our main. We waited over an hour to get our food when couples around us who had arrived and ordered way after us kept getting there’s. We asked a waitress who was so unbothered and rude said she’d go check and never did. The food was slammed down when it arrived and it was so average compared to other Nando’s. Food wasn’t cooked great, my chicken was slimy and had barely touched the grill. We weren’t the only couple either as 2 tables down the guy had his food delivered and had to ask where his girlfriends was as he was pretty much finished and they still hadn’t brought hers out when he ordered it together. So so bad!!
Your bad. Wait times awful. Staff not helpful. Waited for 35 minutes for food. Not presented nicely.
My grandson enjoys dining at Nandos, so we decided to celebrate his birthday there today. However, our lunch turned into a late afternoon meal due to the delay in receiving our food. Since reservations are not accepted, we had to wait outside for a table despite there being empty ones available. We were eventually seated after inquiring about the wait time. Ordering was done through a QR code on the website, which was time-consuming to load. Our drinks arrived first, followed by a long wait for my halloumi sticks, as it was the only item I could confidently order. Unfortunately, the rest of our food never arrived, causing confusion as to whether the halloumi sticks were considered a starter. It seemed that delivery orders were given priority over us. After waiting for half an hour and with the children getting restless, my husband went to inquire about our order. Finally, the food arrived after another delay. While the others enjoyed their meals, the service and ordering system were extremely disappointing. It is likely that ordering for collection or delivery would have been a faster and more efficient option.
