Milano's Pizza - Collierville

We ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Sub and the Milano's Famous Italian Sub and they were both really good. The staff was very friendly and we talked while the order was being made.

The Cheese Pizza is very good.Fantastic Service from the employees. Quick and Efficient Pickup. Topings are rather expensive but the quality is good.

Came in and ordered two 18inch pizzas and they simply weren?t up to par. I did not like the pizzas that I received. We threw it away. The crust was burnt and the toppings were not appetizing. Usually, when I eat at Milano?s there are no complaints. Unfortunately, i called in to potentially get a remedy to my complaint and was informed that they ?never get any complaints? so they weren?t going to do anything about it. I guess as a paying customer my input didn?t matter inthis situation. They used to be a favorite but after today, I won?t be back.

So, after being told by another pizza place that they ?were not doing pasta right now? I decided to give Milano?s a try. I loved their pizza we used to get it all the time. But my wife had chicken Alfredo. It was absolutely terrible. The Alfredo sauce wasn?t Alfredo sauce it looks like they poured a large cup of milk on top of a bowl of bow tie pasta and sprinkled a little Parmesan cheese on top of it and the mediocre chicken. It was practically inedible. The pizzabarely had sauce on it but had plenty of cheese. Not the flavor I remember either. They need to really focus on quality. Nice people. Friendly with good service but the food quality was poor this time. At least the pizza was edible.

First time with Milano's. Online ordering was super easy and fast. Order was ready on time and accurate. Employees were friendly and greeted us happily when we picked up the order. Food was great especially the Stromboli! Calzone and supreme pizza had zero complaints. Milano's just became my new favorite pizza place! Looking forward to the next visit.
