Bistrot Un Air de Rien - Collobrieres

We enjoyed a delicious lunch here with friends. The service was friendly and helpful. The planche was full of many local delicacies beautifully presented, we even watched all the charcuterie being sliced in the restaurant. It is a very sociable meal, and it all tasted delicious. The choice of beers is impressive, the wines good. The chestnut ice cream was home-made and presented in individual pots. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. But what a shame they haven't got any outdoor seating.

We always visit Un Air de Rien when in Collobrieres. It's the perfect location in the beautiful Place. Lionel has fantastic and thoughtfully sourced wines and these coupled with Caroline's amazing platters make for the perfect evening. Everything they do is done well, definitely worth a visit!

Lovely ambience. Great wine and super tapas. Everything top class. Friendly hosts and a wonderful location just perfect for a summer's evening whether for a twosome or for families or for meeting friends.

When wishing to eat here the owner is always summing up what is in it for him. This can lead him to being reluctant to put you on a nice table, so flatter him and say you will spend a fortune and you are in!! I will not return it is not the warm hospitality you receive from the rest of the village. Such a shame.

It was 3 pm o'clock, i was with my wife and my daughter.After twenty minutes of waiting at restaurant de Maures wout any waiter considered us, we shift to le bistrot, in the middle of the main place. The Host was very kind at once, trying to speak in french,english and Italian.He proposed us a degustation of different Provencale specialite, together with a local red wine, syrah and cabernet, very good. The choice was the right one, we tasted a lot of different food. Therefore was available a great selection of beer. The coffee was very good.
