Visit on 14 July at night. Hyper unpleasant server, from beginning to end. Not a single smile, speaks dry, throws our pizza on the table with a BON COLOUR !!! We're throwing balls, 'cause we've had trouble asking for some paper in the bathroom. (we'll see when I get five minutes) To shorten our bad experience in this establishment, we decide to leave without taking dessert. When I ask for the note, she answers me that it is not that I have to go directly to the bar (drying) Arrived at the bar still there same server. I'm telling her I'm here to pay the note, she's answering me with arrogance: I don't know who you took. (Serious !!! They ring or your orders) it took the bartender (who is super nice with him) to give him our table number. To summarize, my partner and our 3 children will never return to this institution again. I can understand that time and complexity and that they need more time to find their brands, but never forget that you must have a minimum of empathy for your customers. Wir waren im Juli 2014 im Hotel La France und wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Zimmer waren echt heimelig und sehr ruhig. Die Küche brachte sehr gutes Essen für uns Radler. Das Hotel liegt am Fusse des Col de Camps im Verdontal. Wir kommen im Juli wieder auf unserer Rad Alpentour ins Hotel La France zum Übernachten. Danke !!! Located at the foot of Col de Camps in Verdontal. We will return in July on our bike ride in the Alps Hotel La France to stay. Thank you!!!
