Red Lobster Colonial Heights

We waited for almost an hour at the restaurant. My shrimp scampi was cold and tasted like a poorly made shrimp cocktail. The air conditioning was on (even though it was 45 degrees outside) and it made us both feel chilly. I'm originally from Chicago and I never get cold, so when I feel cold, it's really cold. Ha ha. This was our first meal out in a year and I don't think we will be returning to this Red Lobster anytime soon. Our waitress was very friendly, but she disappeared and we never received a refill on our drinks or cocktail sauce. I apologize, but we were not satisfied with the meal. I'm sure the staff did their best.
