Santiago's - Colorado City

Was passing through town. We went when it was moderately busy. Set a table of 8 wasn’t a horrible wait time. Waitress was always there to fill our drinks and if we needed anything. Food was great. Wait for fresh food is what you would expect it to be. Also food is priced fairly

I don't like to give negative reviews unless they really deserve it. I am a local, and I eat at Santiago's maybe once or twice a year. Normally the wait times are my only complaint, but today was different. The wait staff was nice in the beginning but I honestly believe she forgot about our table. It took over an hour to get our food, and both my wife's and my steaks were severely over cooked. We had to ask for basically everything, chip refills, a to go box, and they completely forgot my wife's cup of ice. Then I had to wait almost ten minutes for someone to come ring me up at the register while I watched wait staff near by talking and eating. It was just a bad time.

Wanted a Togo order today, and was told they don't do them until 2pm. What a joke!

Food was great , restaurant was clean and restrooms were clean. Food came out fast but after that our server didn’t come back. Only a few tables were eating. The host was super sweet and very helpful.

I liked it, everything was fresh and deliciously prepared
