Solar Roast Coffee - Colorado Springs

Servers are great, very nice and helpful. Food is ready made and could be better but not a huge deal at this price point. Espresso is a little on the harsher side, which I enjoy personally, YMMV.Good location downtown, interesting selection of vinyl records, and many roasted beans for at home brewing are for sale. Dining inside is nice, but could be improved with more comfortable seating. The booths are a bit uncomfortable and firm.There are definitely some interesting flavors for coffee here as well, including a spicy mocha (I dont think this is a good choice for me haha)Although there are many places in the Springs that are better , Solar Roast achieves a fantastic balance between price and quality, and no complaints are going to come from me regarding that.Roccomended.

Awesome staff, cool atmosphere and amazing coffee!!! I got the Pueblo Mocha Granita and it is on point! Love the mocha, love the spice- great way to start your day.

Great coffee! Charming decor. Handpainted walls, only had Coffee.

The hazelnut latte and apple cinnamon muffin were really good. Ambiance was both coffee shop calm while also being bright and motivating. Staff were extremely kind and prompt.
