I've been to Iron Grill several times sporadically throughout several years, each time when I'm really craving some great BBQ ribs. I always start off with their Carolina Rolls that come with a delicious dipping sauce. There's enough of these compact rolls to share between 2 or 3 people. Definitely get a second order if there's over 3 people at your table or there will be a fight.These are so good and are the 2nd main reason I come here. The 1st reason being their ribs. Their half rack ribs practically fall off the bone, and their BBQ sauce mixes well with the meat and doesn't overpower the flavor. I believe normally their full rack is $29.99 and their half rack is $18.99, but on Tuesdays they have a deal where it's $1.99 per bone, so a half rack would be around $12 to $14. Tuesdays are totally the best time to go! My only complaint is that I wish they would provide wet naps with each order of ribs. You'll need it.
