Mcdonald's - Columbus

The staff was courteous, the restaurant was tidy, and the food was served hot!

This McDonald's is pretty good, the interior is always clean. The only problems I've had are sometimes having to wait a long time when there are no other customers, the drive-thru is clear too. It can be frustrating when the bathrooms are locked, especially for someone with a medical condition like IBS. I try to consider other people's perspectives when writing reviews, but I also understand the issue with drug users using the bathrooms to shoot up, which has unfortunately resulted in deaths.

Located on the Ohio State University campus, I knew to expect a diverse crowd at this restaurant. When I visited, the students were on break, so the atmosphere was quiet. However, I did encounter several homeless individuals in and around the restaurant, including one sleeping in the lobby. While I have empathy for the homeless, be prepared to be approached for money if you visit this location. The staff consists of teenagers working behind the counter, as well as a fantastic female manager who efficiently managed the team. Although there was a wait for the food to come out, once it arrived, it was hot and delicious. Despite the presence of panhandlers, the wait time, and COVID-19 precautions limiting seating, I had a positive experience overall.

So a terrible load. there are sometimes wired people in the load or on the parking lot. they are a threat to the security of customers, mostly osu students. I have seen a hobby enter the students with provocative words into the load. sometimes some irresponsible people park their car in the middle of the narrow parking lot and block other drivers. all problems should be solved by mcdonald. the simplest solution is to rent one or two security people who load and observe the parking space especially in the night.
